TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read through the T&Cs. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. 

GENERAL

1) Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2) For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at sales@tracyeinny.com.sg with your order number.
3) All transactions will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY 

1) Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. We regret to inform you that we  will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed. 
2) Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of $3 will apply if parcel is returned.
3) Delivery days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4) We reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND DEFECT

1)There may be a 0.5 - 0.8 inch difference in our given measurements.
2) For printed items, please note placement of prints may differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
3) Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. 

4) We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact our return department at sales@tracyeinny.com.sg about this issue and we will reply you within 1 working day.
5) Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective.  All defective items are to reach us within 10 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders. 
6) Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.

STORE CREDIT

1) All store credits issued are valid for 3 months only
2) Store credits are strictly non-refundable
3) Store credits can be used to offset store and online purchase of products only and are not applicable on postage/courier fees.
4) Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.
