How to Buy
Shopping at Tracyeinny is very easy. Just follow these steps:
- Register an account with us
- Add item into cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Fill in customer information (ie delivery address)
- Choose your delivery method
- Select payment method
- Confirm order
- You will receive an email regarding order and delivery
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX via our payment gateway, Paypal and Stripe.
Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it is ill-fitting, you are welcome to return your item in exchange for a 3-month store credit voucher. We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact, within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
A return may only be processed when your parcel reaches us. It is advisable for a return to be sent via registered modes as we would not be responsible for any lost mail sent back through non-traceable mailing options.
Item can also be dropped off at our retail store.

Kindly send an email request to sales@tracyeinny.com.sg, or whatsapp us here and await an acknowledgement email /whatsapp before the drop off/ sending back to our office.
Return parcels are to reach us within 7 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders.
Items bought under a discounted price during SALE PERIOD and all SALE items are non exchangeable and non refundable. Thank you.
