For local delivery, all parcels are handled and delivered via Singapore Post via either normal or registered mail delivery
Normal Mail Normal parcel takes 2-3 working days. Parcel tracking is not available via normal mail hence we will not be held liable for any lost mail through normal postage. Parcels sent under this mode will be delivered to your mailbox.
Registered Mail Parcels sent under this mode will be received at your doorstep. Signature is required upon delivery. We strongly advise you to opt for registered mail with tracking capability. Here at Tracyeinny, we strive to make every customer truly satisfied with their purchase. We pride ourselves with sending out items that have passed our quality checks. We do not want our customers to receive anything less than that. So if you feel that the order is faulty or not up to your satisfaction, please email us immediately after item is received and we will allow an exchange for another item or for credits off your next purchase. As soon as your returned parcel reached our office, we will sent you an email notification. Exchange for item must be done within 14 days of receiving item.
