Terms and Conditions


Welcome to Tracy and Einny’s Delivery/ Payment and Terms and Conditions. We hope that you will be able to find the answers to most of your questions here. Please read through them carefully before placing your orders. Feel free to also email us at tracyeinny@hotmail.com if you have any queries regarding the following.

Payment Options

1. If you are interested in our items, there are 2 payment options to choose from.

Option A
: If you decide to transfer for an item without us sending a payment invoice to you, please fill up the following and email us after payment is made.

3. Postage Prices/ Delivery:

Once payment is verified, we will send a confirmation email to you and will proceed to send out your item within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Normal Postage
Accessories: S$1 per item
Clothing: S$1.50 per item, S$0.50 per additional item unless otherwise stated
Bags: S$2.50 per bag

Certificate of Posting
Certificate of Posting is a slip that the post office issue out to prove that the sender have sent out the item to the recipient's home. However it does not allow the sender nor recipient to track the item. Please pay an additional S$0.20 on top of the normal postage for this slip.

Registered Post
A one-off $2.24 will be added to the total normal postage amount.

Example 1:
Item A cost $28
Normal Postage
Total Cost: $28 + $1.50 = $29.50
Registered Postage
Total Cost: $28 + $1.50 + $2.24 = $31.74
Certificate of Posting
Total Cost: $28 + $1.50 + $0.20 = $29.70

Example 2:
Item A cost $28 and Item B cost $30
Normal Postage
Total Cost: $28 + $30 + $1.50 + $1.50 = $61
Registered Postage
Total Cost: $28 + $30 + $1.50 + $1.50 + $2.24 = $63.24
Certificate of Posting:
Total Cost: $28 + $30 + $1.50 + $1.50 + $0.20 = $61.20

Rest assure that at Tracyeinny, everything is recorded and accounted for before leaving our store. In the event that the item is lost, we will help our customers call up the post office to enquire about the item and try our very best to search for it. Do take note that we are not responsible for any packages lost via normal postage. Thus we highly advise you to opt for registered mails. In this way, we can give you the RA number to track it at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp.

In the event that you receive the wrong item, we are extremely sorry but do not worry. Please email us @ tracyeinny@hotmail.com if this happens and let us know the following details and we will send to you the correct item purchased.

Return Policy

Here at Tracyeinny, we pride ourselves with sending out items that have passed our quality checks. We do not want our customers to receive anything less than that. So if you feel that the order is faulty, please email us immediately after item is received and we will judge based on case to case scenarios.
